Jiminy is an application designed for start ups who are transitioning from having their customer service process entirely in gmail to an actual tool.
1. Agent knowledge base - for when an agent can't remember a company policy, or how a customer can change their billing information.
2. TicketSync - the application always represents the state of the actual tickets, so you don't have to worry that the ticket has changed since you started working it.
3. Searching - want to find a ticket, or a knowledge base article? As long as you remember a few keywords, Jiminy's awesome search boxes can probably find it.
